Much cleaner than other homes we have stayed at in Destin and much more comfortable. It wasn't a huge problem as we just decided to spend more time at the neighborhood pool and the beach. We arrived on Sunday and it was Thursday before we were able to get in the pool. The last wo times we have stayed here the pool was cold and dirty when we arrived. There are not enough chairs on the patio to enjoy sitting with friends and family. Now the kitchen is has less but it still has the essentials. I stayed at this home when it had a different owner and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need to have fun cooking nice meals. It's so close to the beach but it was quiet at night.
They are cloth covered which make them more comfortable but they also had stains on them. The house was very clean with the exception of the benches that are at the dining table.
