ZELDA BREATH OF THE WILD DOSE MASTER SWORD BREAKS TRIAL
The 60 damage it does against Calamity Ganon and his followers can become permanent if you complete the entire Trial of the Sword challenge found in the first DLC pack for Breath of the Wild. It does more damage to Calamity Ganon and other things affected by his plague. Once you get the sword, you’ll see it has 30 strength making it a very worthy weapon. You will be able to switch back to stamina after obtaining the sword. If you’ve been putting all your points in stamina upgrades, you can actually get those switched to heart containers if you want the Master Sword. This means you’ll have needed to completed several shrines at this point or have defeated some of the Divine Beasts. Once you make it to the sword, you need to make sure you have at least 13 heart containers to pull it out. Unless you loved going through the Lost Woods, grab the waypoint at the nearby shrine so you don’t have to go through the woods again.

Once you make it through the woods, you’ll end up in the Korok Forest. The Master Sword is found in the Lost Woods, you probably remember it as that annoying place from Ocarina of Time where you’ll restart at the beginning if you make a wrong turn. You could run straight to it but you’ll see that isn’t the best option if that’s what you choose to do. The Master Sword isn’t actually absent from Breath of the Wild but you do have to do some things first if you want to get it.

As you progress in your adventure a couple more things will become evident, such as him also missing Epona and the Master Sword. When you first start out in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, you’ll notice that Link is missing his iconic green tunic. Link won't be able to lift the sword and claim it for himself straight away, with the Deku Tree telling him that he has to become stronger first.

Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild: Finding the Master Sword and the Great Deku Tree Surprise! The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild does indeed include the Master Sword and the Great Deku Tree.
